I love to sing in the classroom and make up impromptu songs, explore nature with the children, and get messy! I love the light bulb moments of learning and supporting the children’s problem solving skills.

Originally from Ohio, I got my degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education at Washington University in St. Louis. My family, husband Jason, and kids Owen and Finny, and I are currently working on turning parts of our yard into a homegrown national park!
