Originally from the heart of Silicon Valley, I graduated from CSU Chico with a BA in English. I lived and worked in various cities and countries until finally returning to the west coast.

I am fortunate to have been part of the Vivian Olum family since 2016.  Prior to this, I taught English as a Second Language in Spanish and Hungarian elementary schools.

Working with children on a daily basis is both a passion and a privilege. The Explorers classroom is a place where students are encouraged to think, share, and have fun! I am thrilled to be a part of such a warm and dynamic community.

Aside from teaching, I enjoy skiing, cycling and the outdoors.  My wife and I are the proud parents of three children.
